Branding & Visual Identity: We'll help you create a strong brand name, visual identity, domains, and brand messaging that resonates with your customers. We also include the creation of a minimalist wordmark logo and essential design assets (e.g., favicon, colour palette codes, minimalist social media banners, and brand font guidance).

Operations Strategy: We'll guide you through setting up a streamlined workflow, from order fulfillment and shipping to customer service and returns.

Product Sourcing & Selection: We'll guide you through finding reliable suppliers and selecting winning products that fit your brand vision to build your product sourcing roadmap.

Pricing & Financial Strategy: We'll help you create a pricing model and financial forecast to ensure your business is profitable from day one.

Digital Marketing & Advertising Strategy: We will create a clear roadmap for getting noticed, attracting visitors, and turning them into loyal customers. We'll outline a content plan, a social media strategy, and a foundational advertising strategy to drive traffic and sales from day one.

The Build: Shopify Store Setup

As a Shopify Partner, we'll handle the entire technical setup of your store so you don't have to. We build and optimise a store that is not just beautiful, but also built for conversions and long-term growth.

Our service includes:

Store Customisation: We’ll build your store to perfectly reflect your brand identity.

Product & Content Upload: We’ll add your products, collections, and all essential store content, using your provided product details to craft high-converting product descriptions. We will resize and optimise all provided visual assets for site performance, and include creation of minimalist product mockups and pre-launch marketing templates to kickstart sales. (We do not provide photography or intricate graphic design services.)

Initial SEO Setup: We'll set up your store with key on-page SEO foundations, including meta descriptions and image alt tags, to help you start ranking from day one.

Sales Channel Integration: In addition to your Shopify store, we'll connect your entire product catalogue to Facebook/Instagram Shop and Google Shopping to ensure visibility on all key search and social platforms.

Essential App Installation: We'll install and configure key apps for marketing and customer service, including the setup of your bookkeeping app integration. As a Xero Advisor Certified professional, we leverage our expertise to seamlessly integrate your Shopify store with Xero, including the crucial Chart of Accounts setup.

The Launch: Store Opening & Support

A successful launch isn't a single moment; it's a strategic process. This final stage is designed to ensure a seamless and successful go-live, providing you with a full month of hands-on support during the most critical period of your new business.

Final Go-Live Checklist: We'll work through a comprehensive checklist to ensure every detail is perfect before we take your store live.

Seamless Launch: We will manage the official launch of your online store.

30-Day Post Launch Support: You will have direct access to us for one month to troubleshoot any immediate issues, answer your questions, and ensure your business starts strong.

  • The Shopify Launch Package

    This is the ultimate one-stop-shop for a flawless business launch. This package bundles all the strategic and operational services you need to go from idea to launch with confidence, clarity, and a profitable foundation.

    Strategic Blueprint: We conduct a thorough market research, create effective roadmaps, and craft a comprehensive launch strategy for your business.

    Shopify Store Setup: We handle the complete technical setup of your store and build a professional, conversion-focused online store.

    Opening & Support: We ensure your store's opening is smooth and successful. Your package includes 1 month of hands-on post-launch support to ensure your first 30 days are a success. All queries must be strictly related to the work we carried out in your launch package. Any new business issues will be treated as a brand new consultation with its own fees.

    Price: Starting from €7,250+ (A transparent flat fee for your entire launch which includes up to 50 product listings. Any products beyond that are charged at a small rate of €35 per listing.)

    Timeframe: Total engagement is 2 months (minimum). Our Plan stage takes 2-3 weeks. The Build stage begins immediately after the Plan is approved. The execution timeline for the Build stage depends on the client providing all product details (measurements, colour, materials, sizing), visual assets, and logistics. The entire process concludes with 30 days of post-launch support.
